PRIVACY POLICY
DayZero Systems Incorporated (DayZero)
BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO DayZero THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE COLLECTION, USE, TRANSFER, AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT.

SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Statement applies to websites at the dayzerosystems.com domain and its subdomains. The following are our information gathering and dissemination practices.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We use “cookies” to maintain your browser session. Cookies are small bits of information that we store on your computer. There is no way for us to put any private information in a cookie that you haven’t already provided to us. We use cookies so we can tell your clicks from other user’s clicks. Cookies also allow us to accumulate statistics on the use of our website. However, we do not tie any of those statistics to any information that personally identifies you. We also use your computer’s IP address. Your IP address is a way of identifying your computer and where you are located on the Internet. We use your IP address in two ways. First, it is stored in the normal Web Server logs. These logs are only used for administrative purposes. Second, every message you send or receive is marked with the IP address of your computer or firewall when you first accessed it. If you contact us from our website, you will be asked to enter your contact information (your name and e-mail address). Your contact information is used to respond to your questions. We furthermore collect information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser, which may include without limitation information that does not identify you personally (such as the date and time of your visit). Following your purchase transaction through third-party eCommerce specialist Digital River, DayZero may receive access to your contact information in order to service you after the purchase. In a DayZero app’s UI, when you click on a request to receive license status, purchase a license, go to the website, or access help, DayZero will receive information to aid in servicing you. This may include your version number, license status, our own calculated signature to identify your computer, and other license related information. DayZero always has access to your license key for the purpose of enforcing the terms of the License Agreement.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
DayZero does not participate in your purchase transaction. Instead, DayZero sells through Digital River, a global eCommerce specialist. DayZero does not have access to your payment methods and payment account numbers or any passwords you may establish to access the Digital River services. Please consult Digital River’s privacy policy to learn how Digital River collects and uses information when you visit one of the Digital River websites.

1. Understand how our website is being used in order to improve the Customer experience and provide the information Customers need and desire in the most effective means possible.
2. To be able to respond to Customers’ questions.
3. To service Customers.
4. To be able to notify Customers of new versions off the DayZero apps when they become available.

YOUR CHOICES
It is your choice whether or not to have cookies saved to your computer. You may for example delete both session and persistent cookies after leaving our site. You may also reject cookies. However, if you set your browser to reject cookies, you may not be able to use all of the features and functionality of this website.
